	To Stephanie Passing along the channels of my mind, I swim to the memory of me and you, There is no other channel of its kind, Carved by the beauty of first love so true. God knows, sober the college years are not, And I returned without a way to see, How you could be writhen and so distraught, Until the pain was placed inside of me. If only I'd known then what I know now, I'd have never let our happiness fall, I only hope change you did not allow, I fought so myself to hold down the wall. And now life is too precious to pass by, The gift I can give only through my art, You deserve to know forever you lie, A treasure of love deep within my heart. It has been years since I have seen your face, Yet inside my mind it so often smiles, I only hope you hold in you such grace, To go on loving freely all the while.
