• If you are having general problems with the page, try clearing your browser cache. Some files from a previous version of the generator may be cached. The easiest way to clear your cache for one page only is to hold down Ctrl and Shift while clicking on the Refresh button on the toolbar.

  • Order:
    • Random: the order of the images in the final collage is random and does not correspond to the order presented.

    • As Is: the order of the images in the final collage is the same as the order presented starting with image #1 in the top-left corner, proceeding across rows from top to bottom and ending with the bottom-right corner.

  • To upload a file:

    • Click on a category drop-down to drop it down.
      Open category drop-down

    • Select My Own, the last choice, from the category drop-down.

    • Click the Browse button and choose a .jpg or .png image file from your computer.

    • Click the Upload button once and wait.

    • When the upload is complete, a popup message will appear indicating success or otherwise.

    • If needed, you can adjust the crop and upload again.

    • Repeat for as many of the 20 images as you want.

  • A broadband connection is recommended, with which upload speeds can still be slow. You can expect roughly 30 seconds per MB with a cable modem. Please be patient. Keep an eye on your browser's progress indicator. Unless a connection error occurs, a popup message will appear when the upload is complete.

  • The maximum file size that can be uploaded is currently set at 5MB.

  • You may only upload a jpg or png image file. The file name must end with .jpg, .jpeg or .png. A gif or bmp file can be easily converted on Windows using Paint under Accessories. Start Paint, open the .gif or .bmp file, select File->Save as and choose JPEG or PNG as the Save as type.

  • You may not upload images that are copyrighted or of illegal subject matter.

  • We respect your privacy and will never disclose your photos or e-mail address.
